A U.S. Army Veteran, Art proudly served this country and with a new found love and passion for the real estate profession, have been proud to serve many happy clients, helping them find, sell and rent in beautiful Colorado for past 20 years. Although, technically, not a native of Colorado, this is home for Art, growing up here and going to school from grade school until his graduation from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Art made his niche in real estate because of his fantastic negotiation skills and desire to help people, and he’s never looked back. In fact, he has the vision to keep going as far as can go now that he’s founded Mitchell Platte, with his partner and wife Natalie. Being a family man, Art loves the fact that he gets to hustle and build the company with his wife. He extends that family atmosphere with the agents he’s brought on board. It is truly a “family” business.
Aside from his regular, everyday hustle and bustle, Art enjoys staying active, with the likes of camping and playing tennis. And when all the craziness of the day winds down, he enjoys keeping his mind fresh with reading at his bedside, or when he’s traveling. Yes, Art loves to travel!

My family was the fortunate few who had the privilege to live and grow in the colorful state of Colorado, after escaping from a bloody-war torn country – Cambodia. A parent to 4 beautiful children, I consistently instilled an appreciation of family values and that any goal is attainable with hard working and determination. With my parents’ love and guidance, they have helped me shape and structure my confidence in goal setting, respect others, be fair and honest, and to also live life to the fullest extent.
I always have a passion for helping others and that naturally carried over as my desire to focus in the real estate industry began to unfold. It is my goal to assist my clients to find a home or sell at the best price. Real estate transactions can be quite overwhelming but as an experienced agent, I will commit to a smooth and seamless transaction because I will work with other affiliates and lender on my client’s behalf to meet and exceed their expectations. When you choose me as your agent, my promise to you is stellar client satisfaction and lifelong relationship. You can trust that you will receive personalized, timely service, which beyond meets your needs
“The heart of a lion” can have many meanings to it, but a couple of it stands out. One is being bold and brave. The other is to have pride in their loved ones, protecting and caring for them. If you’re wondering, the answer is yes, this has everything to do about Mr. Sing Boutsady. Born Mongkhol Boutsady, he was given the nickname Sing, and for very good reasons. Sing in Lao means lion and when you get the pleasure of meeting and knowing him, he does have the heart of a lion.
Although he got a late start with his real estate career, he’s picked up steam and loving what he’s doing. Most importantly, he’s not only found a career that he’s excited about but it is also one where he can provide for his loving and supportive family. It was a bold and brave decision for him to do something different in life and without knowing where it will take him. It took him here, as a Broker Associate with Mitchell Platte, among the most talented and caring team of associates. His future looks bright, but that comes easily with his true desire to help others. It can be a daunting experience for some when it comes to buying or selling homes. However, it should be a fun, memorable experience, and this lion will brave the “real estate” jungle for you to make sure you get the best home-buying/selling experience! Let the lion roar for you! And when it’s all said and done, maybe he’ll sing a song or two for you, no pun intended.
Although she’s only been with Mitchell Platte since 2018, there is no shortage of experience that Amanda brings to the table. As an Aussie, she’d tell you she’ll do all the “hard yakka” so you don’t have to!
She’s always looking for ways to help people become a success story, and she’ll also tell you when you invest your time to work with her, you’re investing in your future.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and spiffing up her house with a little touch up here, touch up there, and viola, total transformation. We think you’d enjoy her fun and charming personality as well!
When I was about 6 months old my family moved to Colorado from Thailand. We lived in Lakewood, CO then moved Denver, CO. Colorado is my home and I love it here! One of my favorite things to do is spending time with my family and friends. I also love to travel and explore. I enjoy going out to eat and trying new restaurants.
I’ve been working since I was 14 years old. I held different positions that involved customer service. I have over 15 years of customer service experience. I love helping people out with their needs and making people smile. I enjoy being around people. I strive for success in everything I do.
In 2015 I got my Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Metropolitan State University. Go Roadrunner! Then shortly after that, I got licensed as a Real Estate Agent. One of my goals in Real Estate is to make the transactions as easy as possible for all of my clients. Another goal is to meets all my client’s needs and wants. I will always look out for my client’s best interest.
Getting out of your comfort zone. Taking a chance. Hustling hard. Staying humble. If you do that, you end up with Mitchell Platte! That’s exactly what Rothie, a.k.a. Theo, did in 2016 when he decided to venture out of his comfort zone in cool California and moved to beautiful Colorado. Under the guidance and mentorship of two very important people in his life (ahem, the founders of Mitchell Platte), Rothie found a new and now successful career in real estate. His success is starting to take off and it is attributed to his staying focused and hustling hard.
Recently becoming a homeowner in 2018, the experience and process of buying a house are fresh in his mind and he loves to share that experience with future homeowners. Buying a home is a major step and decision to make in life, and making major decisions in life is something Rothie has experienced. Quite frankly, he did well.
After having such a great experience buying her first house while on housing assistance, Tracy decided that this is what she would like to do: Help others, particularly single moms, become homeowners.
Her background in Customer Service, whether it be her 15 years as a FedEx courier or her 18+ years as a server/bartender, and her welcoming demeanor help Tracy connect with her customers and be an ideal agent.

Tracy works alongside a great team of other brokers as well as top-notch title, lending, and inspection representatives that all work together as a team, and are there for each other every step of the way.
In her spare time, Tracy spends time with her family. They love spending time outdoors and attending concerts and sporting events. Traveling is also a must! Tracy loves visiting family and exploring new destinations, especially in her own backyard!
“Big hair, don’t care!” How can you not love someone with that kind of attitude? That’s what you get with Natalie. That’s how she runs her business. She represents her clients well and stands up for them when things get tough. Natalie does business the same way she treats friends and family, with respect, honesty, and integrity. When you visit Mitchell Platte’s office, you’ll notice how fun and energetic the staff and atmosphere is, thanks to Natalie. She gives off that aura, the positive vibes, that makes everyone get up every morning and excited to come to work. Need a little pick me up? No worries, Natalie makes sure there’s plenty of coffee to keep everyone fresh!
She’s a do-it-all, go-get-em go-getter! And that’s just talking about how she handles her kids (and husband!). No matter how busy running a business can be, there’s never a time that she doesn’t make for them. She’ll make time for you as well! “It’s a big hair thing!”
